Web Page Design class

This class is more than just an HTML class, but rather a discussion of designing Web sites. If you do not know HTML, you should consider taking the Free HTML Class from this site first. The Web Design Class will not talk as much about how to build Web pages as the skills and techniques behind designing Web pages.

In this class you will learn:

• Basic Web design tenets
• Using color effectively
• Understanding fonts
• Desiging navigation
• Creating graphics that don't distract from your site
• Using multimedia (sound, animation, and other media) on your site

The Web Design class is free. The only cost to you is the time you spend working on the lessons.

There are a few things you should be aware of before you sign up for the Web Design class:

• Due to the amount of email I receive, I cannot reply to the "anti-spam" measures for this class. So if you're using something that blocks email until a "real person" sends it, you'll need to turn it off to receive the class.
• You cannot change your email address in the middle of the class, so be sure to use an address you'll have for a while.
