In order to fairly accommodate all hands-on workshops participants, the five-minute rule will apply.

Premium Registration Five-minute Rule
All pre-registered attendees must be in a seat five minutes prior to the beginning of the workshop or academy. If not, you will lose your pre-registered seat and it will be open to other Premium registration participants standing by.

Didn’t get pre-registered for a workshop you want to attend?
Arrive five minutes prior to the start time. Empty seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

The basic convention registration includes the keynote sessions, 50- and 90-minute concurrent sessions, admittance to the exhibit hall Wednesday through Friday, and the TCEA After Dinner Social on Thursday evening. Registration for hands-on workshops and academies cannot be added to the basic convention registration fee.

An exhibits-only registration allows admittance to the exhibit hall Wednesday through Friday. An exhibits-only registration does not include session admittance; however, you may attend Exhibitor Showcase Sessions, which are located adjacent to the exhibit hall.

Full-time undergraduate students may register for the Basic Registration at a discounted price of $100.
