WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Educators, technology coordinators, TOSAs, administrators and those who are looking to see how technology can support student achievement. Many sessions and exhibits will be of special value to those involved in Title I, School Improvement Program, Data and Assessment, Future Ready, English Language Development (ELD), Special Needs, and GATE. Hundreds of teachers, administrators, students and parents, and other professionals will attend the two-day conference which includes:

Concurrent Sessions

Concurrent sessions are one-hour, lecture-style presentations that address all areas of the curriculum and appeal to a variety of teachers. Sessions may be given by a single speaker, team or panel who can address the needs of the novice user of educational technology as well as the more experienced professional.

Keynote Speakers

Keynote speakers present each night at the conference. Keynotes are sought from both inside and outside California and bring a national perspective to CUE.

Corporate Sessions

CUE provides spaces for selected vendors to present sessions.

Lunch

Boxed lunch is included on Friday and Saturday with registration.

For an additional fee, you may attend one of our academies & all day workshop held throughout the two-day conference. Workshop labs hold 20-36 registrants. Workshops are hands-on training to compliment your regular conference registration. Sign up early!

ACCOMMODATIONS & TRAVEL

To reserve under the CUE room block please contact the hotel directly via pone or their website. Space is limited in all the hotels, so please make your reservations early. To secure reservation please call the hoel directly, not the CUE office.

Rooms are available until sold out or through September 23, 2015. All hotel reservations will require a credit card to guarantee room. Rates listed are per night. You must cancel 72 hours prior to the reservation in order to not incur a charge for 1 nights stay.

PARKING

American Canyon High School - Free parking is available but very limited onsite. We encourage carpooling!

DRIVING
American Canyon Road, that borders the south side of the High School, is a two-lane highway connecting California State Highways 29 and 80. Travel time to American Canyon from the following locations:
Oakland: 40 miles, SFO: 48 miles, Sacramento: 54 miles, San Jose: 73 miles, Modesto: 99 miles.

AIR TRAVEL
The Oakland, San Francisco, or Sacramento Airports serve the Napa Valley. A rental car will be needed to drive into the Napa Valley.

MEMBERSHIP

You must be a current member at the time of the conference to qualify for the current membership rate. To confirm yours, log in. Your membership expiration date appears in the top right box. If your membership expiration is October 31, 2015 or later, you are a current member. If it is not, you must pay the New/Renewing Member or Non-Member fee. Your membership expiration date can be found on your mailing label of your conference brochure.

REFUND POLICY-PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Refund/transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email or mail. Conference activities requiring pre-registration are not refundable. CUE will retain the $40 membership fee, and a $50 processing fee on all refunds/transfers made by October 2, 2015. No refunds/ transfers will be issued for amounts under $30. Please note:

• All refunds will be made to the registrant whose name appears on the registration form, regardless of who paid the fees.

• All refunds are issued in the form of a check. We do not apply refunds to credit cards.

• Refund/transfer requests postmarked after will not be honored.

• Refund/transfer will not be processed at the conference site.

• No refunds for academies/workshops.

• Please allow 4-6 weeks for the refund check to arrive.

Fresno Pacific University is pleased to be able to offer professional growth credit for attendance at the Fall Conference. Onsite registration will be available. Look for the FPU table in the Library in the Administration Building.
